Tiki's SoftWash was founded by two brothers looking to make a difference in keeping their community clean through a process called soft wash. Although this process isn't unique to Rancho Cucamonga it isn't a common practice on the West Coast. Most exterior cleaning companies in California use power wash or pressure wash methods to clean exterior surfaces, however, the majority of cleaning companies don't use soft wash as their first method or don't use it at all. This is what makes Tiki's SoftWash stand out in our community as we utilize both soft wash and pressure wash techniques to provide a valuable and thorough clean. So what is soft wash? Soft wash is low pressure plus solutions to treat organics like fungus, algae, mold and mildew. It also breaks down dirt & grime at its source allowing for a longer lasting clean.
