About Us

My Healthy Penguin is a meal prep delivery and food service company based in Rancho Cucamonga, providing fresh, delicious, and convenient meals to individuals, families, and organizations across Southern California. Founded in 2015 by Christine Lopez, the company has grown from an apartment kitchen into a full-scale commercial operation, preparing thousands of meals weekly and delivering them through a refrigerated fleet of vans.

We serve the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, the High Desert, and Temecula Valley. Our rotating menu includes prepared meals, breakfast options, overnight oats, protein puddings, wraps, and salads, making it easier to eat well without the time spent shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Beyond home delivery, we offer workplace meal programs, recurring food service, catering, and our Grab & Go smart fridge program. From daily employee lunches and catered team meals to stocked onsite refrigerators, we help businesses, healthcare facilities, public safety departments, and other organizations make fresh meals more accessible. Our programs accommodate different team sizes, schedules, and workplace needs, including employer-paid and subsidized meal options.
