My Healthy Penguin is a leading meal prep delivery service based in Rancho Cucamonga, dedicated to providing healthy, delicious, and convenient meals to busy individuals and families across Southern California. Founded in 2015 by Christine Holyfield, our company has grown from an apartment, to a small kitchen operation, into a full-scale commercial kitchen, delivering thousands of meals weekly with a refrigerated fleet of vans.

We serve key areas including the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, the High Desert, and Temecula. Our diverse, rotating menu features nutritious meals, breakfast options, overnight oats, protein puddings, wraps, and salads, ensuring variety for our customers.
