About Us
Sour Cellars is a Rancho Cucamonga brewery and barrel room established in 2014, known for its creative fermentation program and unique taproom experience. While Sour Cellars was founded on traditional Belgian-inspired sour beer techniques and still proudly features oak-aged mixed-culture sour beers, today’s offerings go well beyond sours. Guests can enjoy clean beers, fruit wines, hard seltzers, mead, and makgeolli, a Korean rice wine.
Our most popular selections include approachable fruit wines, refreshing seltzers, and clean beers, making Sour Cellars a welcoming destination for craft beverage fans of all kinds — not just sour beer enthusiasts. With more than 100 oak barrels used for fermentation and aging, Sour Cellars combines old-world methods with modern creativity to produce distinctive flavors in a relaxed local taproom setting.
Our Victorian-style candlelit taproom also offers a unique setting for small events, private gatherings, tastings, mixers, and community meetups.
Whether you are looking for something crisp and easy-drinking, fruit-forward and refreshing, or complex and barrel-aged, Sour Cellars offers one of the Inland Empire’s most unique craft beverage experiences.
Sour Cellars has been featured by CNN, Chemistry World, Beer Paper LA, and Coachella Valley Independent for its distinctive sour beer program, fermentation science, barrel-aging, and unique Rancho Cucamonga taproom experience.
